Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Germany and all EU countries. Shipping outside the EU is not available at the moment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of €55 or more ship free to all EU countries. That's two tees, or a tee and a longsleeve.
How much is shipping otherwise?
Standard shipping within Germany is €3.80. Rates for other EU countries are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship from?
Every piece is made to order and printed in Germany, then shipped directly to you.
How long does delivery take?
Production starts right after you order. Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days, to other EU countries usually 4–8 business days.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, you receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. It can take a little while until the first tracking update shows up.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
How do I return something?
1. Go to our return portal: retourenfulfillment.de
2. Enter the order number printed on the hang tag of your item (the number right next to the QR code) and choose the items you want to send back.
3. Print the prepaid return label, stick it on the package and drop it off at the carrier.
That's it. Once your return arrives, we refund you.
I can't find the number on the hang tag. What now?
No problem. Email us at reliquedept@hotmail.com with your order number from your order confirmation, and we'll send you the number you need.
Who pays for the return?
The return label costs €3.80, which is deducted from your refund. If your item is defective or wrong, the return is free – just email us first at reliquedept@hotmail.com.
How long does the refund take?
As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we refund you via your original payment method. This usually takes a few business days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Sorry about that. Email us at reliquedept@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, and we'll sort it out.
Fit & quality
How do the tees and longsleeves fit?
Unisex medium fit, roomy across chest and shoulders. Tees come in XS–5XL, longsleeves in XS–XL. Every product page has a size chart.
What are the shirts made of?
Our tees and longsleeves are Stanley/Stella, 100% organic cotton, 180 gsm. All designs are printed with premium DTG.
How should I wash my shirt?
Inside out at max. 30 °C, tumble dry low, and never iron directly on the print. That keeps the print looking fresh for longer.
