5. SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted and operated using Shopify.

Personal data submitted through our store may therefore be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and its service providers.

Shopify may also process certain personal data for its own purposes where it acts as an independent controller.

6. PRINTIFY AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

We use Printify and production partners available through Printify to manufacture and fulfill certain products.

When necessary to fulfill your order, relevant personal data may be transmitted to Printify and/or the production provider responsible for your order.

This may include:

  • your name;
  • shipping address;
  • order information;
  • product and variant information; and
  • other information necessary to produce and deliver your order.

This processing is necessary for the performance of your purchase contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Depending on the production provider and delivery destination, personal data may be processed outside Germany or the European Economic Area.


7. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed through the payment methods available during checkout.

Depending on the payment method you select, personal data necessary to complete the transaction may be transmitted to Shopify and/or the relevant payment service provider.

The respective payment provider may process personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We generally do not receive or store your complete credit or debit card details ourselves.


8. SHIPPING PROVIDERS

In order to deliver your order, necessary personal data may be shared with shipping and logistics providers.

This typically includes your name, delivery address and other information necessary to complete delivery.

The specific shipping provider may vary depending on your delivery destination, selected shipping method and the Printify production provider fulfilling your order.

Processing necessary for delivery is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Some technologies are necessary for the operation of the store, including functionality relating to checkout, security, shopping carts and customer preferences.

  • Printify and relevant production partners;
  • payment service providers;
  • shipping and logistics providers;

We only disclose personal data to the extent necessary for the respective purpose.

We do not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of selling customer information for monetary compensation.

Some of our service providers or their subcontractors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
