Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
If you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the Goods
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Because our products may be fulfilled by different print-on-demand production partners, please do not return products to the address shown on the original shipping label or directly to a production facility unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional delivery costs resulting from your choice.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable statutory exception exists.
In particular, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalized to the consumer's individual needs.
The fact that a standard ReliqueDept product is produced on demand after an order is placed does not by itself exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
This means that standard ReliqueDept designs printed after an order is placed are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because they are produced on demand.
Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
Electronic Withdrawal Function
You may also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided through our online store during the applicable withdrawal period.
The function allows you to submit your withdrawal electronically and confirm your decision to withdraw from the contract.
After submitting your withdrawal through the electronic withdrawal function, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming receipt of your withdrawal, including the relevant details and the date and time of submission.
The electronic withdrawal function is an additional method of exercising your right of withdrawal. You may still exercise your right by sending us a clear statement, for example by email or letter.
