Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. If you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the last item.

How to Withdraw and Return Your Order

The easiest way to withdraw and return your order is via our return portal:

1. Enter the order number printed on the hang tag of your item (the number next to the QR code) and select the items you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return label created by the portal.
3. Attach the label to your parcel and hand it over to the carrier.

If you cannot find the order number on the hang tag, please contact us at reliquedept@hotmail.com with the order number from your order confirmation and we will send it to you.

Creating a return in our return portal counts as your notice of withdrawal. You do not need to contact us separately.

Please only use the return label created via our return portal. Do not send returns to the sender address shown on the original shipping label.

Alternatively, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter), via the electronic withdrawal function in our online store, or by using the model withdrawal form below:

In this case, we will send you the link to the return portal so you can create your return label.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal (or create your return in the return portal) before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The return label costs €3.80 and will be deducted from your refund.

If the goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the return is free of charge for you. In this case, please contact us at reliquedept@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the item before sending it back.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, minus the cost of the return label (€3.80).

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional delivery costs resulting from your choice.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable statutory exception exists, in particular for goods that are made according to your individual specification or are clearly personalized to your individual needs.

Standard ReliqueDept designs are not excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because they are printed on demand after your order.

Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Electronic Withdrawal Function

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function in our online store during the withdrawal period. After submitting your withdrawal, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement of receipt, including the relevant details and the date and time of submission.
