TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the online store ReliqueDept.

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms.
Any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers remain unaffected by these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS
ReliqueDept offers apparel and other products through its online store.
Some or all of our products are produced on demand after an order has been placed. Production and fulfillment may be carried out by third-party production and fulfillment partners.
Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, positioning, proportions, or other visual characteristics may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, garment sizes, and other production-related factors.
Such minor variations do not affect any statutory rights you may have if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process and submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your order.
After your order has been submitted, you will receive an electronic confirmation that we have received it.
A purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order. Acceptance may take place through an express order confirmation or by processing and dispatching the ordered goods.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, product unavailability, technical errors, or inability to deliver to the specified destination.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot accept, the relevant amount will be refunded.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed in the online store are shown in the currency indicated during checkout.
Where required by applicable law, displayed prices include applicable taxes.
Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where such charges are not collected by us during checkout, they may be charged separately by the relevant authorities or service providers. The customer is responsible for such charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment is due when the order is placed unless otherwise indicated for the selected payment method.
5. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Many ReliqueDept products are produced on demand. Production therefore generally begins after an order has been placed.
For deliveries within Germany, the estimated delivery time is generally approximately 3–5 business days, unless a different delivery estimate is stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, production location, shipping provider, customs processing, and other circumstances. The applicable estimated delivery information will be provided where available during the ordering process.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not limit any mandatory statutory rights of the customer.
For purchases by consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes in accordance with applicable statutory law.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination, products ordered, and applicable shipping method.
For orders within Germany, standard shipping is currently approximately €6, unless another amount or a free-shipping promotion is displayed during checkout.
The exact shipping charge applicable to an order will be shown before the customer submits the order.
International shipping rates may differ and will be displayed during checkout where available.
We may change shipping rates or introduce free-shipping thresholds or promotional shipping offers in the future. The shipping conditions displayed at the time an order is placed apply to that order.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days to exercise that right in accordance with applicable law. Under German law, the withdrawal period for a typical purchase of goods generally begins once the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
Details regarding the right of withdrawal, applicable exceptions, the withdrawal procedure, and the model withdrawal form are provided separately in our Withdrawal Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal.
8. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Certain products may be individually personalized or manufactured according to specifications selected or provided by the customer.
Where a product is made according to the consumer's specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded where permitted by applicable law.
A product being produced only after an order is placed does not by itself necessarily mean that it is a personalized product or that the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded.
Any applicable exclusion will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
This section does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, and withdrawal rights are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and, where applicable, our Withdrawal Policy.
Nothing in our voluntary return policy restricts statutory consumer rights.
Where a consumer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Under German law, this generally includes refunding payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Different rules may apply to additional delivery costs selected by the customer.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at:
Please provide your order information and, where reasonably necessary to assess the issue, photographs showing the problem.
Customers retain all statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes such rights.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract, or reimbursement.
11. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that requested changes or voluntary cancellations can be processed after an order has been submitted.

This provision concerns voluntary cancellation or modification requests and does not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the ReliqueDept website, including original designs, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to ReliqueDept and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, or otherwise use protected ReliqueDept content without permission unless such use is permitted by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, names, artwork, or other intellectual property appearing on products or elsewhere in the store remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is operated using third-party services, including Shopify, and products may be manufactured, fulfilled, or shipped using third-party service providers.
The involvement of third-party service providers does not remove or restrict the rights that consumers have against ReliqueDept under applicable law.
Third-party services may additionally be governed by their own terms and privacy policies where customers interact directly with those services.
14. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, free-shipping offers, or other promotions.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including validity periods, minimum order values, eligible products, or geographic restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to modify or end promotions prospectively, subject to applicable law. Orders already validly concluded remain unaffected.
15. LIABILITY
ReliqueDept is liable without limitation where liability is mandatory by law, including liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, ReliqueDept is liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfillment the customer may regularly rely. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory liability under applicable product liability laws and mandatory consumer protection laws remains unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental measures, war, epidemics, major technical failures, or disruptions affecting production or shipping providers.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store uses third-party services such as Shopify and fulfillment providers, personal information necessary to process orders may be transmitted to those service providers in accordance with applicable data protection law.

18. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and contractual relationships between ReliqueDept and customers are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent legally permissible.
For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence where such protections are applicable.
Mandatory statutory rules concerning jurisdiction remain unaffected.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The applicable statutory provisions shall apply in place of any invalid or unenforceable provision.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or applicable law.
The version applicable to an order is generally the version in effect when that order is placed, unless a subsequent change is required by mandatory law.
